Synchronous Times of 1260 Years
Ezekiel 4:6 - And when you have completed them, lie again on your right side; then you shall bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days. I have laid on you a day for each year.
Numbers 14:34 - According to the number of the days in which you spied out the land, forty days, for each day you shall bear your guilt one year, namely forty years, and you shall know My rejection.
Genesis 5:4 - After he begot Seth, the days of Adam were eight hundred years; and he had sons and daughters.
Genesis 5:8 - So all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years; and he died.
Genesis 25:7 - And these are the days of the years of Abraham's life which he lived, an hundred threescore and fifteen years.
Genesis 35:28 - Now the days of Isaac were one hundred and eighty years.
Time period represented in days is interpreted as years using the Day-for-a-Year principle.
Revelation 11:2 - But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
Gentiles treading the holy city under foot for 42 months.
42 months = 42 months X 30 days = 1260 Prophetic days = 1260 years
Revelation 11:3 - And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
The two witnesses prophesy for 1260 Prophetic days = 1260 years
Revelation 12:6 - Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
Woman fed in wilderness for 1260 Prophetic days = 1260 years
Revelation 12:14 - But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.
Time = 1 year = 360 days Times = 2 years = 720 days Half a time = 6 months = 6 X 30 = 180 days
Time, Times, & half a time = 1260 Prophetic days = 1260 years
Revelation 13:5 - And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
The beast blasphemes God for 42 months.
42 months = 42 months X 30 days = 1260 Prophetic days = 1260 years
Do all four 1260 years prophecies start and end at the same point?
Are they synchronous time periods?
1. The times of the beast and of the woman residing in the wilderness, begin from one and the same point: from the red dragon's being conquered, and cast out on the earth (Rev 12:7 - 13:2).
Conclusion 1: Beast & Woman start together.
2. Now that the times of the beast, and of the two witnesses finish at the end of the sixth trumpet, is clear from Rev 11:7-14 where not only both the ascent of the two witnesses into heaven (which is the termination of this mourning prophecy) but the great earthquake (by which the great city is thrown down, and the kingdom of the beast destroyed), is marked out by the point of time at which the second woe (or sixth trumpet) is past, and the third woe (or seventh trumpet) is immediately about to commence (Rev 11:15).
Conclusion 2: Beast & Two Witnesses finish together.
3. It is plain that the times of the two witnesses and the Holy City trodden down by the Gentiles, are contemporary, from the meaning of Rev 11:2-3.
The Gentiles, who are thrust out at the beginning of the seventh trumpet; that is, at the end of the sixth, when the days of the witnesses likewise expire, as has just been shown.
For the nations or Gentiles, who at Rev 11:18 are said to be inflamed with anger at the sound of the seventh trumpet, are no other than those, who for the whole 42 months had trodden down the holy city and who are now about to be destroyed by the wrath of God (Vial Judgements).
Conclusion 3: Two Witnesses & Treading down of holy city by Gentiles are contemporary.
4. If the treading down of Holy City be contemporary with the prophecy of the witnesses (Conclusion 3), it will be contemporary likewise with the beast with whom the witnesses contemporize (Conclusion 2), and therefore with the woman in the wilderness also, with whom the beast contemporizes (Conclusion 1).
So that the woman in the wilderness, the dominion of the beast, the trampling of the Holy City, and the prophecy of the witnesses, All Time Periods Synchronize with one another.
