This period started with the death of emperor Domitian in 96 AD and emperor Nerva's rise to power in the year 96 AD. This began Rome's Golden age where the spread of the Gospel and Christianity flourished. It lasted up until emperor Commodus making peace with the Germans in year 180 A.D.

The first seal marks the commencement of the victory of Jesus, by which the Roman pagan gods began to be vanquished, and their worshippers to be transfixed with the arrows of the Gospel. The foundations for the final victory of Jesus were laid in this seal.
